What is Bricoule?

Bricoule is a two-sided mobile marketplace that connects clients who need home services with verified taskers (service professionals) who can perform them. Think of it as an on-demand platform for home repairs, maintenance, cleaning, and other household services.

How do I book a service?

Open the Bricoule app, browse categories (plumbing, electrical, cleaning, etc.), or take a photo of the problem — our AI will suggest the right category. Choose a verified tasker, select ASAP or schedule for later, and confirm your booking.

How do I become a Tasker?

Download the Bricoule Tasker app, create your profile, set your skills, availability, and hourly rate. Once your profile is submitted, our admin team will verify your account. Only verified taskers appear in client searches.

How does payment work?

Payments are processed securely through the app. Clients pay after the job is completed. Taskers can view their earnings and payouts in the Tasker app. We support multiple payment methods for your convenience.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. You can cancel a booking before the tasker arrives. Pending jobs with no tasker assigned after 10 minutes are automatically cancelled. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation policy.

How do I report an issue?

If you experience any problems with a tasker, a booking, or the app itself, you can contact our support team using the details below. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
